Where do you get your jewelry?
This is a favorite question, but we can’t reveal all our secrets at once. What we can say is that antique jewelry has brought us far and wide, meeting different people across the Philippines (and even further!) all in the hopes of finding the most interesting pieces of heritage jewelry. But more than the beautiful finds, it’s the joy of discovery that we’d love to share with you—learning the personal stories, uncovering our history, and ultimately, starting your very own narrative with these treasures.

History speaks for itself—and like art, our one-of-a-kind antique and vintage pieces are windows to our heritage. There is a sophistication in older designs that modern styles cannot match. Through them, we learn the intricacies of our culture better, and only by exploring the why’s and how’s of our local jewelry traditions do we truly appreciate the incredible talent and work that went into creating these sentimental pieces. - Click the preferred payment method (bank transfer or PayPal for credit card), and fill in the billing and shipping information.
- Bank Transfer Payments
- Once you receive the Order Confirmation email, please proceed with payment.
- Email us your proof of payment, or send it on Viber or WhatsApp.
- We will email you a receipt of payment, and we will begin to process your order. Please note that our handmade Recreate and Custom-work jewelry may take approximately 2 to 10 days for production.
- Upon completion of the order, our team will email you delivery tracking numbers. For international shipments, we use FEDEX. For domestic shipments, we use LBC or other preferred local couriers.

Payment
We accept cash or online banking, and credit card payments thru PayPal. We also offer straight or layaway payment options..
Layaway or installment payments are accepted for amounts PhP 50,000 and above:
- 30% deposit, balance payable in 60 days
- We can arrange a payment schedule for you, with invoices for your payments.
- We are also open to discussing longer paying periods for higher priced items.

Custom pieces are to be settled on a CASH or online banking basis.
Shipping
For local deliveries, we use LBC, which can take 3 to 5 days. Please note that our handmade Recreate and Custom-work jewelry may take approximately 2 to 10 days for production.
- Free shipping for Philippine orders worth ₱25,000 and above.
- For local orders below ₱25,000, our fixed delivery rates apply as follows:
- Metro Manila/NCR ₱165
- Rizal/ Luzon ₱200
- Visayas/Mindanao ₱300
Note: Shipping costs—fixed delivery rates + courier insurance fees—will be shouldered by the customer.
- We can arrange same-day rush delivery for Metro Manila deliveries.
For international deliveries, we use FEDEX shipment rates. This can take 3 to 9 days. Please note that our handmade Recreate and Custom-work jewelry may take approximately 2 to 10 days for production.
- Once shipment has been processed, we shall email you the shipment details, including the estimated time of arrival, tracking numbers, etc.
- Due to Covid-19, you may experience longer delivery time, and this will depend on the courier and the delivery address. You can always track your order through your account or the shipping confirmation email sent after your order is sent out.
- Shipping fees depend on the location. Taxes and duties will be shouldered by the customer as we have no control over charges given by different countries of destination. Local taxes are priced in.
- If you think your package is lost, email us right away at [email protected] with your shipping details. We will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that Maria Angelica will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once it’s marked “Delivered” by the delivery service.
Custom-work
All of Maria Angelica’s custom pieces are handmade. You can choose from three kinds of materials: sterling silver, 10k gold (yellow and white gold), or 14k gold (yellow and white gold). We base our prices on the weight of the chosen metal plus the labor applied. Please give us approximately 2 to 10 days to handcraft your jewelry.
Easy Steps to Ordering Your Own Custom Jewelry:
- Let’s brainstorm! We can discuss your design ideas, budget, purpose, and other concerns together. Here, we choose the type of jewelry, metal, gemstones, or any other specifications. Tell us what you’d like us to make, and we will help you see it through.
- Get your concept designed. We make an artist’s rendering of the piece, set adjustments until we get the look right, and find ways to lower your costs without sacrificing the quality you set us out for. Design discussions are free of charge. We only request for a 50% deposit prior to the final design render, and that deposit is deductible from the total cost.
- Let’s make your piece happen. We only proceed with production after the approval of all design details. We cannot offer any returns or refunds for custom-made pieces, and our project cannot be cancelled once production begins. Custom pieces usually take 2 to 3 weeks, but generally depend on the intricacy of the design. If you are still unsettled with the piece after it is done, let us know so we can work with you to the best that we can.
- Enjoy it! We believe in what we make, and we take responsibility for the integrity of the jewelry we produce. All the materials we use are as specified in our proposal agreement. Now, you can confidently own and wear a piece of you that’s close to your heart.
Jewelry care
We carry mostly pure solid gold and silver period pieces that bring a unique character and charm, earned throughout the years. They often arrive to us in good condition. However, considering their rarity and antiquity, there may be some pieces that bear inclusions or some form of wear and tear. Often, these conditions are part of the practices and traditions of the period from which the piece belongs, and their presence adds even more to the jewelry’s captivating appeal!
As much as possible, we try to keep vintage and antique pieces in their original condition. Upon a customer’s request, however, we can clean or replate pieces in 24k gold that can make the pieces look good as new.
Our custom-made pieces are made of either gold or sterling silver, which means they are delicate and can bend. Please be careful when moving them around. Just bend them back into shape when they get misshapen.
We, however, throw in complimentary non-tarnish more affordable stainless steel chain for immediate use, until you find a suitable necklace chain. To own.
We recommend removing the pieces when exercising, swimming, or taking a shower as to not affect the plating of silver products. Silver naturally tarnishes when worn and exposed to air, so it will be good to wipe them off after use and store them in a sealed plastic bag after use. While colors may tarnish, this helps achieve the heirloom appeal we so adore. For a fresh look, however, we offer repair and replating services. Feel free to e-mail us for quotes.
Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that the jewelry we sell is of top quality. All sale/discounted and custom-made orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. Once the item is received in good condition, we cannot answer for any losses that might be incurred thereafter.
However, we can accept returns or exchanges for UNWORN ONLINE PURCHASES only, in its original undamaged packaging. Any intention to return or exchange online purchases must be made known/expressed to us within 24 hours of the customer’s receipt of the piece/s. Please wait for our acknowledgement before returning the piece/s. The items must be returned in the same condition that we sent them in. All you need to pay for is the shipping and insurance cost.
We likewise consider exchange for same value item or give store credits in place for item being returned. Inquire for these options.
Viewing Appointments
Once the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, we may arrange personal viewings by appointment. This is entirely intentional as we feel that nowadays, people value the privacy of a one-on-one experience when making decisions. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm, unless otherwise stated. We look forward to welcoming you into our
