This necklace is made up of Art Nouveau brass stampings thickly plated in 18k gold. Brass stampings are made of zinc and copper alloy and were quite popular during the turn of the century. Brass stamping are sheets or coils precisely shaped in a stamping press. They come in various alluring designs like flowers, art nouveau arches and the like.
