Recollect

The Recollect line is a private assemblage of very important and historically valued pieces that are kept as signature parts of the Maria Angelica portfolio.

As early as the 5th century, women wore Peinetas as a decorative hair ornament, usually under a mantilla or veil. These large combs were made with intricate gold designs and traditionally decorated with beautiful stones and crystals.

These earrings take from those hammered gold designs, in a white-gold variation, and evoke a modern interpretation of the Spanish Peineta. Hammered with experienced craftsmanship, these bars dangle elegantly on dainty chains and sway in the most graceful way.
